In accordance with the state-owned enterprise equitization roadmap under the direction of the
Southern Food Corporation, the Company organized and implemented all tasks in full compliance with legal regulations and the approved plan.
On June 20, 2016, the Southern Food Corporation approved the Company to successfully organize the
First General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2016.
As of July 1, 2016, the Company officially converted its operating model into a
joint-stock company.
