Implementing the equitization roadmap in accordance with the directives of the Southern Food Corporation, the Company organized and carried out all tasks in full compliance with the approved regulations and plans. On June 20, 2016, the Corporation approved the Company to successfully hold its first General Meeting of Shareholders on June 27, 2016, and officially convert into a joint stock company effective from July 1, 2016.
